Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of ReviewIQ account, business, and review generation data.

This policy is provided for transparency. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Business Owner Data

Business owners can request deletion of their account, business profile, QR review page, review generation history, and related analytics events.

Customer Review Flow Data

Customers do not need a ReviewIQ account. If a customer wants optional review input or generated review data removed, they can contact us with the business name, approximate date/time, and any details needed to identify the record.

How To Request Deletion

  • Email our Contact page with the subject line: ReviewIQ Data Deletion Request.
  • Include the account email or business name connected to the request.
  • We may ask for verification before deleting owner account or business data.
  • After verification, we will delete or anonymize applicable records unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Some backups, logs, or third-party processing records may take longer to expire according to provider retention schedules.
