ReviewIQ helps businesses create QR review pages and helps customers draft review text based on their real experience. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business details and Google review links.

Business owners may need an account to manage their dashboard, QR code, and settings. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

• Review drafts must be based on genuine customer experiences.
• Do not use ReviewIQ to generate fake reviews, misleading claims, spam, defamatory content, or reviews for experiences that did not happen.
• Generated drafts may contain errors. Customers should review and edit the text before posting.
• ReviewIQ does not guarantee that Google or any third-party platform will publish a review. ReviewIQ does not review-gate, offer rewards for reviews, require positive ratings, or ask customers to make claims that are not true.

ReviewIQ may be free during the launch period with fair-use limits to protect speed, reliability, and AI costs. We may change or end the free launch offer with reasonable notice on the website or inside the product.

• Generating fake, incentivized, or deceptive reviews.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, abuse APIs, or overload the service.
• Uploading unlawful, private, sensitive, or harmful content.
• Using ReviewIQ in a way that violates Google policies, including Google Maps user-generated-content rules, or applicable laws.

ReviewIQ supports Google Business Profile and Google Maps review destinations. Users must comply with the applicable Google terms and policies; ReviewIQ is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google. ReviewIQ integrates with or links to services such as Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and Brevo. Those services have their own terms and policies. ReviewIQ is not responsible for third-party platforms, review moderation decisions, or outages outside our control.

We aim to keep ReviewIQ fast and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

ReviewIQ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during launch. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReviewIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. For questions or grievances about these terms, reach out via our Contact page.
