Review IQ India (ReviewIQ) operates this service for businesses across India. Our grievance office is at Green Park, New Delhi 110016, India. ReviewIQ helps business owners create QR review pages; customers can scan, rate their real experience, receive an editable draft, copy it, and choose whether to post it on Google.

• Account information, such as email address and authentication identifiers for business owners.
• Business profile information, such as business name, category, city, Google review link, language, tone, keywords, and QR review URL.
• Customer review flow information, such as star rating, optional experience text, generated review draft, copy status, language, timestamps, and basic event metadata.
• Technical and analytics information, such as device/browser details, approximate country, pages viewed, button clicks, and traffic source when analytics cookies are accepted.

• To create and manage business QR review pages.
• To generate review drafts based on customer rating and optional customer-provided hints.
• To show owners their dashboard, review counts, QR code, and recent activity.
• To protect the service from abuse, apply fair-use limits, debug errors, and improve speed and reliability.
• To understand product usage through Google Analytics only when the visitor accepts analytics cookies.

ReviewIQ sends the business context, rating, selected language, and optional customer text to AI providers such as OpenAI to generate a draft. The draft should be edited by the customer if needed before posting.

ReviewIQ is designed to help customers express real experiences. It should not be used to create fake reviews, fabricated claims, or misleading content.

• OpenAI for review draft generation.
• Google Analytics for website analytics when analytics cookies are accepted.
• Google Business Profile, Google Maps, or Places services when an owner connects a business or a customer chooses to post externally.
• Brevo for transactional and consented product email delivery and email-event records.

ReviewIQ uses necessary cookies for login, session, region, and app preferences. We use analytics cookies only after consent. Our service providers may process information outside your state or country, subject to their contractual and technical safeguards. You can read more in our Cookie Policy.

We retain account and business-profile data while the account remains active. We retain review drafts and related review-flow events for up to 12 months, analytics data for up to 14 months, and Brevo delivery, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events for up to 24 months. We retain deletion-request and security records for up to 24 months where needed to resolve the request, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. We delete or anonymize data sooner when it is no longer needed.

• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and business data.
• You can decline analytics cookies and continue using necessary parts of the website.
• Customers can edit generated drafts before posting and are not required to create a ReviewIQ account.
• Do not submit another person's personal information or sensitive health information unless you have a lawful basis and their permission. The service is not directed to children.
